1. How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through the website by selecting the item and completing payment using the available methods. It is also possible to place an order via WhatsApp with payment made through bank transfer.


2. How do I choose the correct size?

A detailed size chart is available on each product page, and the preferred size can be written in the notes section at checkout. For personalized assistance, customers may contact us through WhatsApp for help in selecting the appropriate size.


3. What is the processing and shipping time?

Order processing takes 10 to 14 business days, after which the item will be shipped through the designated delivery service.


4. Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia?

Yes, shipping is available to all GCC countries as well as international destinations.


5. What is the exchange and return policy?

A one-time exchange is available for ready-to-ship items within 3 days of receiving the order, provided the item remains in its original condition. The customer is responsible for delivery and shipping fees.

Customized or size-modified orders are not eligible for exchange or return.


6. What payment methods are available?

All major online payment methods are supported, including Mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Bank transfers are available for orders placed via WhatsApp.


7. Are the pieces limited?

Yes, all collections are released in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity.


8. Can items be altered after delivery?

Complimentary alterations (within Riyadh) are available for minor and feasible adjustments. Pickup is covered, while the customer pays the return delivery fee.
